Hampton Inn Albany-Wolf Road

The location was quiet and decent there, in close proximity to the Capitol.

We were in a particularly good and easy location just next door to Mall and numerous restaurants, In Albany for a concert at the Times Union Center, and two restaurants. Moreover, it was not too far away from Saint Francis Chapel👍

It was close to what I had to do and convenient.

I came to this hotel after a bad expreince in previous hotel where I had to cancel my stay. Compared to the previous one, this was a luxery hotel. The hotel staff is polite and you don't feel pushed out even at the end of the stay. Breakfast was decent and family oriented.

A bit expensive

When I pulled back the bed cover there was a long black hair in the bed. I slept in the othe bed and got a bite form some thing. Not very convinced my sheets were changed. This is the second time that happened at a Hampton Inn. Probably will choose another hotel next time I make a reservation.

An Lovely Stay with Amazing Service!

The friendly staff were really nice too. After a long drive, we were kinda surprised by the complimentary breakfast with fresh options. Don't miss the cozy seating area in the lobby.

The proximity to the airport was what drew me to this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was helpful and kind. We slept well and everything was really clean. We had no problem finding a restaurant in the morning, even though food was served at the hotel. Thank you

The location was what we wanted. This Hampton Inn had all the amenities that we wanted for a one night stay. Staff was very helpful in every way.

Unfortunately our ac / Heat unit stopped working and could not be fixed. We were not inconvenienced that much and they apologized.

Recommend it for business travelers

I gotta say, the staff was helpful, especially Ann the breakfast lady, she kept my cup full of hot tea, made it real nice. Plus, the free shuttle service was a big win too, just call and they'll pick you up no problem.

Extemely noisy, one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Kids running in corridors until past midnight, adults partying till late, loud ice machine till dawn and starting again at 6 am. To be totally avoided by anyone wishing to get some sleep and rest

The handling of early arrival request was stressful passing of the buck among staff. Also corporate reservations policies are determined to NOT let you talk to anybody.

To get in and out Wolf Rd is difficult at time.

The staff reminded me of family, always attentive , and the hotel's proximity to both Cook Park and Scoups Homemade Ice Cream made it a good spot to relax and treat myself after my city explorations.

The breakfast area was too small and crowded, but the place was clean and nice. The location is excellent!!

Ideal shopping hotel with good value, we had a very good stay.
